Notice Unverified machinery concepts for qualified research into a research-stage direct-attack wildfire suppression concept. Not a long-term aerial retardant, certified equipment, a validated formula, fabrication instructions, or authorization for active-fire deployment.
Water cools. Dirt covers. Sedi-Slurry engineers the combination.
People have long used water and earth around small fires. Sedi-Slurry does not claim ownership of that familiar practice. These concepts support a research-stage direct-attack wildfire suppression concept — application to active flame, burning fuels, embers, and hot material — not a long-term aerial retardant or indirect-attack fireline treatment.
The disclosed contribution is the system architecture: acquiring or receiving suitable local or prepared mineral material; rejecting unsuitable matter; conditioning, metering, and mixing it with water; protecting conventional clean-water pumps through separate or downstream injection paths; transferring and applying the stream; bypassing, clearing, purging, recovering, and measuring it; and comparing results with water alone.
Simple dirt covering can retain heat in some circumstances. Engineering and testing must verify actual cooling, penetration, coating, retention, reignition, pumpability, cleanup, and environmental results. Nothing here states that every type of soil is suitable, that a mineral-water stream outperforms water, that coverage alone extinguishes fire, or that any concept is safe for wildfire use.
Common platform architecture
document → sample → screen → condition → meter → test
verify lot → enclosed receive → meter → mix → test
Both pathways retain a water-only comparison and, where hydraulically relevant, a water-only failover path, plus stop, bypass, purge, containment, and traceable data.
