Hand-Cart and Microprototype Unit
Purpose
Combine small tanks, metering, mixing, and a contained outlet into the lowest practical scale for hydraulic learning before larger machinery.
Operating concept
A wheeled frame carries a clean-water tank, small documented- material hopper or pre-slurry vessel, protected mixer/injector, water- only bypass, and catch-basin return.
Key assemblies
braked hand cart; small water tank; sealed feed vessel; micro- metering pump/feeder; mixing spool; bypass; short test hose; catch basin
Operating sequence
stabilize cart → load small documented batch → run water baseline → meter test stream → return discharge to containment → collect data → drain and clean
Instrumentation
tank level or material inventory; platform attitude/load status; system mode; containment status
Safeguards
stability and load analysis; transport isolation; spill/runoff containment; authorized-user controls
Failure modes and mitigations
tip-over; manual-handling strain; small passages clogging; splash; incorrect extrapolation to field scale
Variants
bench cart; folding field cart; battery-powered cart; tethered laboratory cart; transparent demonstration unit
Validation gates
weight/stability review; transport and tie-down review; contained operation trial; maintenance-access review
Claim boundary
CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.
Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
