Foreign-Object and Magnetic Separator
Purpose
Intercept ferrous metal, wire, fasteners, and other foreign objects that could damage feeders, pumps, hoses, or nozzles.
Operating concept
Magnetic bars, a suspended magnet, metal detection, and a visible reject gate protect the downstream path; nonferrous hazards remain subject to visual and screen rejection.

Operating sequence
spread conditioned feed → capture ferrous objects → detect remaining metal → stop or reject event → inspect feed → record contamination → clean under isolation
