Carry modulesIsolate pumpDeliverPurge / recoverSCHEMATIC PROCESS ORDER — NOT TO SCALEWater-only comparison and failover retained throughout.

Purpose

Carry a small prepared batch or conditioned local-material module across approved test terrain while preserving vehicle payload and stability limits.

Operating concept

A removable skid integrates tank/hopper, metering, dedicated slurry pump or downstream injector, short reel, controls, and full secondary containment.

Key assemblies

vehicle-specific mounting frame; low-profile tank/hopper; metering/mixing module; dedicated pump; hose reel; control panel; containment pan; transport locks

Operating sequence

verify payload/center of gravity → secure skid → load only at test site → operate parked or within approved motion plan → apply bounded test → recover contents → remove/inspect skid

Instrumentation

tank level or material inventory; platform attitude/load status; system mode; containment status

Safeguards

stability and load analysis; transport isolation; spill/runoff containment; authorized-user controls

Failure modes and mitigations

rollover; payload exceedance; heat near vehicle; spill during travel; hose entanglement

Variants

UTV bed skid; small trailer; tracked utility carrier; electric utility vehicle; receiver-only transport skid

Validation gates

weight/stability review; transport and tie-down review; contained operation trial; maintenance-access review

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
