Meter materialAdd waterMix / conditionTest sampleSCHEMATIC PROCESS ORDER — NOT TO SCALEWater-only comparison and failover retained throughout.

Purpose

Produce a continuously controlled slurry stream where local or prepared solids and water are metered independently.

Operating concept

Intermeshing low-speed shafts or augers wet and fold incoming solids across staged water-injection zones; residence time and discharge are bounded by feed controls.

Key assemblies

enclosed twin-shaft trough; multiple water spray zones; solids feeder interface; variable-speed drives; torque monitoring; discharge weir/gate; sample port; cleanout doors with interlocks

Operating sequence

establish water flow → start mixer → ramp measured solids → wet/fold through stages → monitor torque and discharge → sample stream → stop solids, continue water purge

Instrumentation

water flow; mineral feed rate; ratio proxy; mixed-stream pressure

Safeguards

preserve water-only bypass; prevent dry running; provide sample, drain, and clean-water purge points

Failure modes and mitigations

shaft jam; dry pockets; surge discharge; wear; unsafe access to paddles

Variants

twin-auger; pugmill; twin-shaft paddle; replaceable modular mixing elements; trailer continuous plant

Validation gates

water-only baseline; ratio repeatability; settling/bridging trial; complete purge demonstration

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
