Meter materialAdd waterMix / conditionTest sampleSCHEMATIC PROCESS ORDER — NOT TO SCALEWater-only comparison and failover retained throughout.

Purpose

Use a controlled water stream to draw a fine, conditioned mineral feed into a side stream without sending raw sediment through the main water pump.

Operating concept

A water-powered eductor creates suction at a sealed solids or slurry inlet; the induced stream enters a downstream mixing tube with anti- backflow isolation.

Key assemblies

water motive inlet; eductor throat; sealed feed inlet; anti-backflow valve; feed isolation; mixing tube; pressure taps; bypass/purge manifold

Operating sequence

establish water-only flow → verify downstream pressure → open bounded feed → induce material → mix through tube → measure output → close feed and water-purge

Instrumentation

water flow; mineral feed rate; ratio proxy; mixed-stream pressure

Safeguards

preserve water-only bypass; prevent dry running; provide sample, drain, and clean-water purge points

Failure modes and mitigations

backflow into feeder; loss of suction; throat erosion; plugging; ratio sensitivity to pressure

Variants

dry-powder eductor; pre-slurry eductor; portable inline unit; multi- eductor manifold; recirculation eductor

Validation gates

water-only baseline; ratio repeatability; settling/bridging trial; complete purge demonstration

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
