Purpose

Provide a road-transportable, self-contained platform for mechanical, hydraulic, and controlled-site testing without modifying a fire engine.

Operating concept

A pickup-bed or trailer skid carries separate water and material systems, classification/mixing modules, dedicated power, containment, and an instrumented delivery loop.

Key assemblies

rated bed/trailer frame; water tank; material hopper or batch tank; mixer/injector; dedicated pump; generator/hydraulic power; controls/data; washout containment

Operating sequence

complete load plan → transport dry/isolated → stabilize at site → connect contained test loop → run staged protocol → recover/wash → secure for transport

Instrumentation

tank level or material inventory; platform attitude/load status; system mode; containment status

Safeguards

stability and load analysis; transport isolation; spill/runoff containment; authorized-user controls

Failure modes and mitigations

overweight trailer; tongue/axle imbalance; fuel/electrical hazards; spill; public-road contamination

Variants

pickup-bed skid; single-axle laboratory trailer; tandem-axle process trailer; enclosed trailer; flatbed modular rack

Validation gates

weight/stability review; transport and tie-down review; contained operation trial; maintenance-access review

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
