Purpose
Coordinate bounded commands, alarms, safe states, and a traceable record of material, ratio, pressure, flow, purge, and test events.
Operating concept
A rugged controller receives validated sensor inputs, commands only approved actuators, records raw and processed data, and defaults to stop-solids/water-only or full stop as the hazard analysis requires.
