Document sourceCollect / receiveReject debrisScreened receiverSCHEMATIC PROCESS ORDER — NOT TO SCALEWater-only comparison and failover retained throughout.

Purpose

Move suitable dry or damp loose mineral material from a stockpile or collection head through a flexible path to a remote receiver.

Operating concept

A guarded pickup head and controlled airflow entrain material through abrasion-resistant hose; a cyclone or receiver separates solids from transport air before metering.

Key assemblies

pickup wand or hood; air mover; abrasion-resistant hose; grounding/bonding path; cyclone receiver; dust filter; airlock feeder; hose-support and wear indicators

Operating sequence

inspect and pre-screen source → entrain acceptable material → convey through grounded hose → separate transport air → filter exhaust → meter captured solids → inspect hose wear

Instrumentation

material-source record; feed-rate indication; jam/overload status

Safeguards

guard exposed motion; reject debris before metering; provide emergency stop and lockout points

Failure modes and mitigations

dust exposure; static charge; hose plugging; abrasive wear-through; biological or contaminant transport

Variants

vacuum pickup; positive-pressure conveyance; short flexible auger hose; vehicle-mounted boom hose; enclosed stockpile reclaim

Validation gates

source documentation; debris and contamination screening; guarding/stability review; repeatable feed trial

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
