Purpose
Compare water alone with one documented Sedi-Slurry candidate under qualified, repeatable, contained fire-test conditions.
Operating concept
A qualified facility uses matched fuel packages or ember beds, identical delivery geometry, thermal and combustion instrumentation, runoff capture, randomized treatment order, and predefined stop conditions.

Operating sequence
approve protocol and hazards → prepare matched controls → ignite repeatably → apply assigned treatment → measure cooling/flame/ember/reignition → terminate safely → recover residues and publish limitations
