Wet Hydroclassifier and Hydrocyclone
Purpose
Classify an already-wet mineral stream by hydraulic behavior and remove unwanted coarse grit before fine mixing trials.
Operating concept
A controlled slurry stream enters a hydrocyclone, settling cone, or elutriation column; heavy/coarse material exits separately from the fine overflow selected for research.

Operating sequence
characterize feed → pump into classifier → separate coarse underflow → capture fine overflow → sample both streams → select test fraction → flush and recover solids
