Tender and Dump-Truck Batch Module
Purpose
Use a high-capacity carrier as a material or batch platform while isolating the Sedi-Slurry process from conventional firefighting pumps.
Operating concept
A removable or body-mounted module provides bulk receiving, agitation or live-bottom feed, water addition, dedicated slurry transfer, and contained cleaning.
Key assemblies
engineered subframe; bulk hopper or baffled tank; live bottom/agitation; water manifold; dedicated slurry pump; downstream injection/delivery; operator station; washout recovery
Operating sequence
verify axle/load distribution → receive documented material → prepare or meter batch → operate dedicated system → monitor stability/inventory → recover residuals → inspect carrier
Instrumentation
tank level or material inventory; platform attitude/load status; system mode; containment status
Safeguards
stability and load analysis; transport isolation; spill/runoff containment; authorized-user controls
Failure modes and mitigations
vehicle overload; surge/slosh; rollover; bulk jam; large-volume release
Variants
water tender side module; dump-truck hopper mixer; walking-floor feed truck; vacuum tanker adaptation; swap-body module
Validation gates
weight/stability review; transport and tie-down review; contained operation trial; maintenance-access review
Claim boundary
CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.
Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
