Purpose

Link every physical batch, retained sample, machine setting, and test result to a source and responsible approval record.

Operating concept

A label printer/scanner, sealed sample cabinet, scale, camera, and offline-capable database create a batch identifier that follows material through conditioning, mixing, application, and recovery.

Key assemblies

scanner/label printer; scale; camera; sealed sample cabinet; batch database; user authentication; sample checkout log; export/archive function

Operating sequence

create source record → assign batch ID → label samples/containers → scan at each process step → link machine data → record recovery/disposition → archive public/private fields appropriately

Instrumentation

calibration state; time-synchronized data; mode and alarm history; operator acknowledgment

Safeguards

sensor failure must not defeat mechanical protection; preserve raw data; separate research controls from deployment authority

Failure modes and mitigations

privacy leakage; label loss; unauthorized edits; sample mismatch; database dependence

Variants

field tablet kit; station kiosk; barcode system; QR plus paper backup; laboratory LIMS handoff

Validation gates

calibration check; fault-injection test; data-integrity review; qualified protocol approval

Claim boundary

CLAIM BOUNDARY: No certified design, validated recipe, performance guarantee, regulatory approval, or authorization for uncontrolled-fire use is represented.

Unverified concept for qualified research. Not certified equipment, not a validated formula, not fabrication instructions, and not authorization for active-fire use. Individual conventional components are not claimed as separately invented.
